Ripp Hardaway

Senior Ministry Strategist

Ripp Hardaway has always understood giving and generosity as a response to God’s infinite generosity to us. As an ordained Episcopal priest for over twenty years, Ripp has witnessed first-hand the transformative results when people give back to God out of gratitude and thanksgiving.

Having served for four years on the Bishop’s staff in the Diocese of West Texas, Ripp was called to the ministry of restarting struggling parishes. While serving in the local church, he led capital campaigns for church renovations, creating space for expanding ministry and implementation of planned giving programs. As a local church leader, Ripp is committed to helping churches discover their compelling visions for ministry and inspiring increased generosity.

Ripp is a graduate of Texas A&M (go Aggies!). He earned a Master’s degree in Family Systems from Hardin-Simmons University and a Master’s in Divinity at The University of the South. Ripp is married to Sue, an instructional coach for at-risk students. He loves to play golf, spend time outdoors, and root for the Chicago Cubs!
