Today, Debi spearheads annual, capital, and legacy campaigns across 10 diverse campuses, from small congregations to over 15,000, by equipping teams to craft vision-driven generosity strategies that build meaningful relationships, deepen spiritual discipleship, and inspire joyful giving.

A sought-after speaker, Debi captivates audiences with her insights on radical hospitality, strategic ministry planning, and fostering a culture of discipleship and generosity. She’s a passionate advocate for helping people discover the profound joy of participating in God’s work through their giving.

Debi is the author of The Art of Hospitality and CATCH: A Churchwide Evangelism Program, both published by Abingdon Press. Married to her husband Reed since 1984, Debi cherishes time with their two grown children and grandchildren.
