As a member of Horizons’ speaking team, Aimée shares her more than twenty years of experience in teaching, coaching, and speaking on the connection between faith and giving. As Owner and Lead Consultant for ALlyd Image Solutions, Aimée’s client list is intentionally diverse including medical, religious, nonprofit, academic, and research institutions. Her work with churches has been equally diverse including congregations in a variety of contexts and denominations. Through her work with churches and faith-based nonprofits, Aimée has developed an astute understanding of the role of theology within the context of philanthropy.

Aimée previously served as the Associate Director of Lake Institute on Faith & Giving where she was a lead facilitator for the Executive Certificate for Religious Fundraising (ECRF) and Creating Congregational Cultures of Generosity courses. She currently serves as a Philanthropic Strategist for the first Ph.D. program in African American Preaching and Sacred Rhetoric, led by Dr. Frank A. Thomas. The bold vision of this program is to raise endowment funds to ensure sustainability for the directorship, provide student scholarships, and guarantee long-term operational excellence.

Aimée earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. She holds certifications in Community Organizing and Economic Development.

Currently, Aimée serves on the Board of Visitors for Howard University School of Divinity and as the Generosity Facilitator for New Horizons Church in Indianapolis where she has been a member for 10 years.  She is a charter member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Circle City Chapter, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Aimée’s most significant accomplishments include being a mother to Lydia, Noah, and Andrew and wife to Aaron.  A woman of deep faith, Aimée believes we are all a wonderful work in progress.  At the end of the day, you could say – she’s a Jesus Girl, pursuing God’s call with the gifts and abilities she has been given.
